The impact we want to make

On the road to achieving our purpose, what impact do we want or expect to make? How can we know we are making the right priority decisions and heading in the right direction? Describing key results for our overarching goals make them measurable and meaningful. 

How to deliver that

Setting objectives and key results is only part of the answer. To realise our goals, we also need to continually plan, monitor, and review our work to ensure we deliver on our promise.
